i bought an AMron battery for my Palio 1.6 petrol car on 23 may 2007.It was completely dead between may and aug 2008, that is within 12 to 15 months of its purchase. I asked for replacement of that battery ,but they made all kind of excuses and told me that next time they will replace.Though my car service people Dynamics auto,in sector 64 noida, assured me that there is no electrical problem in my car. Again on 27 aug 2009 battery is dead. Amron people took it to recharge and after a week , first they said that there was nothing wrong in battery , but after sometime they accepted that battery has some problem. Now the battery is not in guarantee period, but on pro rata basis, they can give me discount of 50 % on new battery. But my grievance is that they had to replace the battery without any charge ,why did they stall me, and took so long in acknowledging that battery was from begining bad.I am very disheartened with their attitude and feel helpless. From very beginning I was facing problem with the WLAN of the computer. It was not getting detected.
Compaq service personals changed the motherboard since it was in warranty. After some time there was issue with hard disk. My hard disk was replaced.
No again I am facing the same problem along with other problems. Compaq has accepted problems with the model no I purchased. They have posted it on their site about the faults in the series and asked for a free replacement to those laptop which are within two years of purchase date. Mine laptop is more than 2 years.
But since its an manufacturing defect with series and mine is facing such problems from beginning then why compaq is not entertaining my laptop which has all the defects posted on their website. Did I spent approximately 45000 Rs for this stuff having an hardware issue. If its an hardware issue then it should be changed by HP no matter what ever time has passed as you can not float a model with an hardware issue. If it has been identified then it becomes a resposibility to change the defective part as 45000 thousand is a huge amount and one can not spend such amount frequently.

I bought 1.5T window air conditioner, model no. 5FW2DF1 LG make from M/s Kay Dee Electronics 1B-1Sector-18 Noida vide Invoice No. 2697 dated 17.06.09. It was sold to me for Rs. 17,000.00 but only Rs. 14,500.00 appeared on the invoice because Rs. 2500.00 were adjused agaist the buy back of old a/c.
The a/c purchased was giving effective cooling and LG agreed to replace it on 26.06.09. I was informed that new set will be delivered before 30.06.09. on 28.06.09 new set was delivered but it was a different and inferior model. Then with continuos persuation I was informed that the new set will be delivered latest by 02.07.09 but in vain. On 03.07.09 I was informed that the model is not in stock and it will be made available on 08/09-07/09 but I refused to except this delay. I also have been offerd refund of money but the invoiced amount i.e. Rs. 14,500.00. The discussion with dealer or LG has not yielded any fruitful result and I have been put under a loss of Rs. 3000.00 ( Rs. 2500.00 Plus installation cost of Rs. 500.00). I appeal to appropriate authority for a justice and request all consumers to avoid LG product and dealing with M/s Kay Dee Electronics.

I want to highlight the cheating done by the tata sky.Recently they have provided a mobile number on which i can send an sms and subscribe the channel package. Few days later, I didnt like that package. So I decided to drop the package. I searched their site to fine any such where I can send an sms to unsubscribe the channel package.But it wasnt there. Even on their site they have provided a web interface to add new package but there is no such interface to drop package.After finding this, Later I decided to call their call centre. I found that call to their call centre is not toll free :(. So i have to pay for unsubcribe the package(phone charges..). When I called to thier call centre.I came to know that I can not drop a package before one month of subscription as its their policy. Strange policy :((.

In my case I didnt completed the 1 month at the time of call. So I said them to drop this package once 1 my month is complete. On this I came to another strange thing. I can not even request for droping the package untill one month is complete.

I think, tata sky is indirectly cheating customer by creaing so many hurdles for unsubscribing the packages.

This is with reference to a SBI credit card I had applied for in the year 2006 which was issued to me but never delivered. Now, today they are calling me and saying that there is an outstanding amount of more than Rs. 10,000/- on my card. I called up their customer care several times and have requested for the statement which, they are saying that they will not be able to provide.

In the last three years I had requested SBI thrice to block that card since I have never received it and they assured me that it has been blocked and I'll get a new card for which they had updated my address also but, till date I have not received the card. In place of the card, I am getting calls from their recovery agencies threatening me of the dire consequences if I don't make the payment.

Worst customer service that I have ever seen. I also made complaint to LG store in gravity mall in Indirapuram, Gzb from where I purchased AC, but once they sell good they don't even want to see your face.

I also mailed to lgservice@lgindia.com, but looks like nobody look at these mails. Totally rediculous service.

Please help me on this.

Would recommend not to buy any LG goods. There service is worst.

I was approached by HSBC Credit card sales staff for
applying for their credit card. Once I purchased the card I
had never used it. After 1 yr i got a call from
HSBC collection department that some 8000 rs outstanding is
showing in my name which I should pay back. When
i asked them what it is about as i had never used
their card.I got a reply that the money was deducted for
TATA AIG insurance policy for which their person has taken
my approval over phone. i asked them immediately to
cancel my card and show me the policy as till date i never
received any such policy nor any one informed me about it.
There was no reply again from their end. After follow ups
with their call centers they told me that the policy has
been cancelled and i need not pay any money. Now again after
some time their collection agents are calling me and asking
me now to pay towards the same policy as interest
charges, Where in i have never
approached TATA AIG to buy any policy nor i ever swiped my
credit card. The policy was purchased by bank with out
taking my signatures. Presently I have received a mail from
hsbc which mention a fake signature of myself I have very
feared for this type of cheating they have misused my credit
card number and personal details to raise a false policy in
my name and want to extract money.
I have just a single request. Please waive of these
unwanted charges & send me a statement with the Zero
amount due for the payment
I send the request to TATA-AIG Insurance to cancel my
policy which I am not interested at all.

My name is Mayur Sharma working in an reputed IT company , I made a online payment of Rs 5161 for my airtel bill once it was showing me that it has been not done due to server error , I made the payment next day ,then it showed that it will be done latter ,then the next day i tried it was reflecting that the payment has been done twice and i called airtel they informed me that contact airtel office ,I spoke with citi bank they gave me a reference no 20313506 and told me that speak with someone in airtel office so i went to airtel office they assured me the refund and gave me a reference no 20313506 that was done on 29/5/2009, and was told it would be done within a two three business days today is 5 /06/09 and it still hasn't been done ,
Called airtel the same day 5/06/2009 spoke with Ramashanker who was not at all helpful repeating same line that sorry I can't help again and again like a tape recorder was not at all willing to help ,and then I disconnected the phone called up again ,Spoke with Muzzammil and gave me information and informed me that will send a email to the care.ncr@airtel.in and someone will call me I send the email to the same address I have it in my sent address I also got a automated reply but still no one called me
I called up again on 12/6/2009 again explained my issue spoke with Bhavana was given a reference no 20740174 and was assured that my issue would be resolved but still it's the same .
I called up again today 15/6/2009 but still the response was same that someone will call me my credit card billing date is coming I informed that that I have my investments and payments to do I can bear the sum of Rs 5161 in advance as I won't be able to pay that amount to bank

A person named abhishek collected Rs500 from me in advance for the connection in the month of april..I asked him repeatedly about the possiblity of connection in that apartment, he assured me but after two days he denied the possiblity & said he will refund back.I felt cheated. sometimes ago i request for balence transfer of 24 thousands from your bank but due to less credit limit of my card your bank agreed to pay only 12000.00 instead of 24,000.00,and at the same moment i asked to the executive to terminate the whole process.
On the same time after my termination request of draft bank issued a draft of 12000/- and that draft was not received by me till date.
On the month of sept 2008 i got a call from HSBC that there is a minimum amount of 700/- is due on my card and when i confirm the same from customer care about that they told me that was minimum amount due against my balance transfer of 12000/- and i told them that i never got any draft of 12000/- from bank and i also made requst for the cancellation of same earlier.
customer care told me that you have to fill a bond regarding the same and i did the same on 27.12.2008 at noida registry. and deposit that bond on HSBC,Sec 18,Noida branch.

Inspite of my request to terminate the whole process, your bank has levied the charge of 800.00 on me and i also didn't receive the D.D. till now. Now i have paid the charge reciept no. AA0010036.for the cancellation of D.D. No.55043 which is pending against my account.
After that now my draft was cancelled but there is a amount of approx 9551/- is still pending on my account regarding this balance transfer.

please provied me the waiver of this amount also because why i should pay this as i never taken that amount from bank and i already paid 800/- to bank for their mismanagement

At the time of loan sanction The Bank promissed that after nine month they will reduce the charges upto 18% and also the bank shall topup the loan amt. if require in future. I hold a cashless mediclaim poicly with icici lombard.

last month on 25th march i had to get hospitalised in Max Balaji (patparganj) delhi for my cervical slip disc for 5 days and before going to the hospital we called icici lombard for confirmation of the hospital on cashless agreement and they said that icici has arrangement with max balaji for cashless admission.

Igot admitted in max and the hospital refused to accept the cashless card as they had some payment disputes with TTK who is the tpa for icici lombard so i decided to pay all in cash and get discharged.
After that i had send the entire list of documents required as per ttk with a claim of 42000/- rs to ttk on 4th april.
On 15th april i recieved a sms from ttk saying that there is a shortfall in the documents and that too they want the internal patient records from the hospital which no hospital provides with.
Now i dont understand what should i do about it.

I had purchased a shop NO:8 second floor ,NQI plaza Alpha 1 Greater Noida and took the possession of shop on 1.08.2006.

recently I applied for the loan in the State Bank of India against the same property but the bank objected that the possesion letter is issued by the M.I.Builders where as the sub-lease deed is by Mr Syed Mohd.Quadir ali Director M.I.Builders .

Thereafter,I had asked the builder to issue me the allotment letter and the possetion letter singed by Mr Quadir ali but inspite of my innumerable reminders personal visits,E-mails to them they have not responded either of them.

Regd Air India poor safety and quality of in-flight experience on flight from New Delhi to Hong Kong -
Recently travelled from New Delhi to HKG on board flight no AI 314 on 20th Mar 2009 had an experience I wish to inform and highlight as rather alarming - noticed and complained that the air conditioning on the flight was not up to mark with other co – passengers complaining about the same. However, the answer received was shocking – they said yes we know there is some problem and we are trying to work on it.

This is almost a cause of an Aircraft not being airworthy, matter of fact one of my flights from Cathay was turned back when they realized that there was a snag with the air- con (without passengers even noticing it)

I have a return ticket booked with Air India but now a bit concerned about this not to mention the rude and unfriendly behavior of the stewards on board – the foremost duty being safety of the overall flight which inspite of passengers noticing it was not worked upon.

Myself Suman Bala. I took Life Insurance policy from Bharti Axa Life Insurance ( Policy Number : 500 - 2816931). I cancelled my policy on 20th Feb. According to policy documents, the policy amount should be refunded within 15 days. But it has been more than 1 month,still the policy amount has not been refunded. I have called Bhari Axa customer care 4 times. On 5th March, 13th March,20th March & 23rd March. Each & every time, customer care executive told me that with in 7 working days you will recevice the refund amount at my delivery address. They are not connecting my call neither to the finance department of
Bharti Axa nor to the higher management.

So, I want to file a case against Bhari Axa Life Insurance for not refunding my policy amount with in time. Please help me out.

Once Phone was picked, and some body told me, she is transferring the call, but after transferring nobody was picking the phone. In working hours I tried 15-20 times, but lot of times nobody is picking the phone. I can't explain what type of poor service you are providing in Personal Banking Branch.

On 7th I mailed
Once my Phone was picked and I got a mobile no Mr. Sharma (09990725884). I contact to Mr. Sharma at the branch on his mobile No: 09990725884 twice on 6th March and 7th March. He gave his mobile to some Lady Executive, but she is not able to provide any satisfactory answer. On 6th March she was saying, she found out the Cheqe but due to some maintenance work, they are not able to update in Database and on 7th March she was saying just wait for Saturday (7th March) and Monday (9th March).

Just tell me one this, if your system is not working or there is some other problem from your side then why should I suffer. Next week there will be some holidays, if due to any reason on Monday (9th March) cheque will not go in clearing. Then it will take 3-4 more days. It means that a single Cheque(deposited on 2nd March) will take around 10 to 13 days for Clearing. This is the best

I just spent (wasted) 15k to buy nokia E63 mobile from an uncourteous, ill mannered, rude and non cooperative dealer "Mobile House G-29 Savitri Market, Sector 18, Noida. 0120-4312441" This instrument reboots on its own, has problem with accessing mails, screen freezes while playing games and sending text messages, loses reception, restarts while the call is going on and many more small problems.
The owner of this shop is least bothered and is not willing to do anything about this. He is rude to an extent of hanging up on me not once but twice. Brave enough to face the consumer court but not willing to replace this stupid instrument. I am very frustrated with this and this is an ideal case of customer dissatisfaction. I will appreciate if anyone reading this can give me any valuable suggestion on how to tackle this and please DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM MOBILE HOUSE, G-29, SAVITRI MARKET ATTA MARKET SECTOR 18. These people sell faulty and fake products. May God ruin their business coz they deceit innocent customers.
