I bought 1.5T window air conditioner, model no. 5FW2DF1 LG make from M/s Kay Dee Electronics 1B-1Sector-18 Noida vide Invoice No. 2697 dated 17.06.09. It was sold to me for Rs. 17,000.00 but only Rs. 14,500.00 appeared on the invoice because Rs. 2500.00 were adjused agaist the buy back of old a/c.
The a/c purchased was giving effective cooling and LG agreed to replace it on 26.06.09. I was informed that new set will be delivered before 30.06.09. on 28.06.09 new set was delivered but it was a different and inferior model. Then with continuos persuation I was informed that the new set will be delivered latest by 02.07.09 but in vain. On 03.07.09 I was informed that the model is not in stock and it will be made available on 08/09-07/09 but I refused to except this delay. I also have been offerd refund of money but the invoiced amount i.e. Rs. 14,500.00. The discussion with dealer or LG has not yielded any fruitful result and I have been put under a loss of Rs. 3000.00 ( Rs. 2500.00 Plus installation cost of Rs. 500.00). I appeal to appropriate authority for a justice and request all consumers to avoid LG product and dealing with M/s Kay Dee Electronics.

I want to highlight the cheating done by the tata sky.Recently they have provided a mobile number on which i can send an sms and subscribe the channel package. Few days later, I didnt like that package. So I decided to drop the package. I searched their site to fine any such where I can send an sms to unsubscribe the channel package.But it wasnt there. Even on their site they have provided a web interface to add new package but there is no such interface to drop package.After finding this, Later I decided to call their call centre. I found that call to their call centre is not toll free :(. So i have to pay for unsubcribe the package(phone charges..). When I called to thier call centre.I came to know that I can not drop a package before one month of subscription as its their policy. Strange policy :((.
In my case I didnt completed the 1 month at the time of call. So I said them to drop this package once 1 my month is complete. On this I came to another strange thing. I can not even request for droping the package untill one month is complete.
I think, tata sky is indirectly cheating customer by creaing so many hurdles for unsubscribing the packages.

This is with reference to a SBI credit card I had applied for in the year 2006 which was issued to me but never delivered. Now, today they are calling me and saying that there is an outstanding amount of more than Rs. 10,000/- on my card. I called up their customer care several times and have requested for the statement which, they are saying that they will not be able to provide.
In the last three years I had requested SBI thrice to block that card since I have never received it and they assured me that it has been blocked and I'll get a new card for which they had updated my address also but, till date I have not received the card. In place of the card, I am getting calls from their recovery agencies threatening me of the dire consequences if I don't make the payment.
I would request you to take this matter up with the concerned authorities and get it resolved; I'll be extremely grateful to you.

I purchased LG AC on 25th June, and within 2 days it stopped cooling. Made several complaints in customer care and talked to area manager Vaishali but of no use. Worst customer service that I have ever seen. I also made complaint to LG store in gravity mall in Indirapuram, Gzb from where I purchased AC, but once they sell good they don't even want to see your face.
I also mailed to lgservice@lgindia.com, but looks like nobody look at these mails. Totally rediculous service.
Please help me on this.
Would recommend not to buy any LG goods. There service is worst.

I was approached by HSBC Credit card sales staff for
applying for their credit card. Once I purchased the card I
had never used it. After 1 yr i got a call from
HSBC collection department that some 8000 rs outstanding is
showing in my name which I should pay back. When
i asked them what it is about as i had never used
their card.I got a reply that the money was deducted for
TATA AIG insurance policy for which their person has taken
my approval over phone. i asked them immediately to
cancel my card and show me the policy as till date i never
received any such policy nor any one informed me about it.
There was no reply again from their end. After follow ups
with their call centers they told me that the policy has
been cancelled and i need not pay any money. Now again after
some time their collection agents are calling me and asking
me now to pay towards the same policy as interest
charges, Where in i have never
approached TATA AIG to buy any policy nor i ever swiped my
credit card. The policy was purchased by bank with out
taking my signatures. Presently I have received a mail from
hsbc which mention a fake signature of myself I have very
feared for this type of cheating they have misused my credit
card number and personal details to raise a false policy in
my name and want to extract money.
I have just a single request. Please waive of these
unwanted charges & send me a statement with the Zero
amount due for the payment
I send the request to TATA-AIG Insurance to cancel my
policy which I am not interested at all.

My name is Mayur Sharma working in an reputed IT company , I made a online payment of Rs 5161 for my airtel bill once it was showing me that it has been not done due to server error , I made the payment next day ,then it showed that it will be done latter ,then the next day i tried it was reflecting that the payment has been done twice and i called airtel they informed me that contact airtel office ,I spoke with citi bank they gave me a reference no 20313506 and told me that speak with someone in airtel office so i went to airtel office they assured me the refund and gave me a reference no 20313506 that was done on 29/5/2009, and was told it would be done within a two three business days today is 5 /06/09 and it still hasn't been done ,
Called airtel the same day 5/06/2009 spoke with Ramashanker who was not at all helpful repeating same line that sorry I can't help again and again like a tape recorder was not at all willing to help ,and then I disconnected the phone called up again ,Spoke with Muzzammil and gave me information and informed me that will send a email to the care.ncr@airtel.in and someone will call me I send the email to the same address I have it in my sent address I also got a automated reply but still no one called me
I called up again on 12/6/2009 again explained my issue spoke with Bhavana was given a reference no 20740174 and was assured that my issue would be resolved but still it's the same .
I called up again today 15/6/2009 but still the response was same that someone will call me my credit card billing date is coming I informed that that I have my investments and payments to do I can bear the sum of Rs 5161 in advance as I won't be able to pay that amount to bank
