1. August 2008 – Inquired for a construction loan with HDFC ltd ,Telephonic Conversation held with Pooja from Gurgaon Branch regarding the same.

I require a loan of 32-33 lacs for building up complete 3 floors on a plot size of 112.5 mtrs. No you cant , as your eligibility only works out to be 13 lacs , (repayment matrics) Pooja (951243075424) Gurgaon branch
Agreed, how about if I propose that I would get rental income from 2 floors and thus would easily pay back my EMI No,Still you cant as your proposal is based on assumption and is out of Banks Policy & procedures Pooja (951243075424) Gurgaon branch
Actually , I would be charged a penalty of 36000 approx by NOIDA authority if I do not construct
