My name is Mukul Dargar I am using the AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION in greater noida

I want you to disconnect my internet connection by clearing all my account dues and ending my account.I have requested on 28 apr 2009 first time airtel to disconnect(cancel my account)and airtel gave 7 working days time to disconnect the the connection but after given days they did nothing then I again requested on 16 may 2009 then they again did nothing . But after my repeated attempts to disconnect my airtel connection, no steps have taken, inspite i get my regular bill in against my connection, keeping it functional.i'm feeling very helplessness.
so plz take some immediate steps in against my complaint, I will be highly pleased .
