My wife had applied for a PAN CARD through UTI and the same was sent to our residential address by DART MAIL Courier service/sector 2/D-64/Noida. the above consignment no. 39587528 was couriered to us on 03/10/2008 but till date we have not received the same. Since January, 09 I am trying from DART MAIL courier service to get the same but they are not able to locate out the consignment where it has gone or wrongly delivered somewhere. On asking the courier representataive (Shri Hussain-- tel no. 0120-3069300)on 23.01.09 I was told that they have applied for a DUPLICATE PAN CARD and shall be received within 15-20 days. But it is regretted that above PAN CARD have not been received by us. You are requested to help me in this case
