I just spent (wasted) 15k to buy nokia E63 mobile from an uncourteous, ill mannered, rude and non cooperative dealer "Mobile House G-29 Savitri Market, Sector 18, Noida. 0120-4312441" This instrument reboots on its own, has problem with accessing mails, screen freezes while playing games and sending text messages, loses reception, restarts while the call is going on and many more small problems.
The owner of this shop is least bothered and is not willing to do anything about this. He is rude to an extent of hanging up on me not once but twice. Brave enough to face the consumer court but not willing to replace this stupid instrument. I am very frustrated with this and this is an ideal case of customer dissatisfaction. I will appreciate if anyone reading this can give me any valuable suggestion on how to tackle this and please DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM MOBILE HOUSE, G-29, SAVITRI MARKET ATTA MARKET SECTOR 18. These people sell faulty and fake products. May God ruin their business coz they deceit innocent customers.
