I want to lodge a complaint against AirTel internet service provider at sector62 noida. A person named abhishek collected Rs500 from me in advance for the connection in the month of april..I asked him repeatedly about the possiblity of connection in that apartment, he assured me but after two days he denied the possiblity & said he will refund back.I felt cheated. I followed him up 10-15 times, he assured me but there is no result.this month I changed my residence ,then I got a call from airtel cutomer care about the reason for refund.it was irititating. then he gave a code 'N1703652' & ASKED me to visit airtel hub. I visited airtel hub sector18 noida, but the staff at the place didn't give proper response.This really frustrating to me. this is not the matter of Rs500, this is the matter of cheating & the valuable time I had wasted in all these problems. kindly do the needful.
