Regd Air India poor safety and quality of in-flight experience on flight from New Delhi to Hong Kong -
Recently travelled from New Delhi to HKG on board flight no AI 314 on 20th Mar 2009 had an experience I wish to inform and highlight as rather alarming - noticed and complained that the air conditioning on the flight was not up to mark with other co – passengers complaining about the same. However, the answer received was shocking – they said yes we know there is some problem and we are trying to work on it.
This is almost a cause of an Aircraft not being airworthy, matter of fact one of my flights from Cathay was turned back when they realized that there was a snag with the air- con (without passengers even noticing it)
I have a return ticket booked with Air India but now a bit concerned about this not to mention the rude and unfriendly behavior of the stewards on board – the foremost duty being safety of the overall flight which inspite of passengers noticing it was not worked upon.
