On 2nd March 2009, I deposited 2-Cheques.
Cheque No: 279303 of Amount Rs. 22900/-
Cheque No: 279309 of Amount Rs. 21083/-

One cheque with No: 279309 is cleared, but there is no entry of Cheque: 279303 in my A/c. Regarding this I am trying to call at branch, but some time they are not picking the phones. Some time they are picking the Phones but there is no response, after waiting 4-5 minutes, I am hearing background sounds, all are busy, but not responding. Once Phone was picked, and some body told me, she is transferring the call, but after transferring nobody was picking the phone. In working hours I tried 15-20 times, but lot of times nobody is picking the phone. I can't explain what type of poor service you are providing in Personal Banking Branch.

On 7th I mailed
Once my Phone was picked and I got a mobile no Mr. Sharma (09990725884). I contact to Mr. Sharma at the branch on his mobile No: 09990725884 twice on 6th March and 7th March. He gave his mobile to some Lady Executive, but she is not able to provide any satisfactory answer. On 6th March she was saying, she found out the Cheqe but due to some maintenance work, they are not able to update in Database and on 7th March she was saying just wait for Saturday (7th March) and Monday (9th March).

Just tell me one this, if your system is not working or there is some other problem from your side then why should I suffer. Next week there will be some holidays, if due to any reason on Monday (9th March) cheque will not go in clearing. Then it will take 3-4 more days. It means that a single Cheque(deposited on 2nd March) will take around 10 to 13 days for Clearing. This is the best
