My complain is against Compaq for the know hardware issue.
I purchased a laptop of Compaq V6211Au in the month of March 2007. Below are the product details.

From very beginning I was facing problem with the WLAN of the computer. It was not getting detected.
Compaq service personals changed the motherboard since it was in warranty. After some time there was issue with hard disk. My hard disk was replaced.
No again I am facing the same problem along with other problems. Compaq has accepted problems with the model no I purchased. They have posted it on their site about the faults in the series and asked for a free replacement to those laptop which are within two years of purchase date. Mine laptop is more than 2 years.
But since its an manufacturing defect with series and mine is facing such problems from beginning then why compaq is not entertaining my laptop which has all the defects posted on their website. Did I spent approximately 45000 Rs for this stuff having an hardware issue. If its an hardware issue then it should be changed by HP no matter what ever time has passed as you can not float a model with an hardware issue. If it has been identified then it becomes a resposibility to change the defective part as 45000 thousand is a huge amount and one can not spend such amount frequently.

I had purchased my mobile N-81 from mobile Store(Sec-38 Great India Place) within 80 days it was not working and they have suggested me to go Nokia Care.

I am staying in B-133 , Sector-19 , Noida . I consultant a Dental clinic for my teeth Root Canal procedure and CAP filling , without identifying the problem she filled the CAP and I am getting pain on the pain on same . She charged 13000 rs from my end and she said to me again need to Root Canal and CAP filling will need to pay on same amount .

i bought a samsung mobile no. s5233a from nehru place. the phone went bad in just 20 days. now ever since i have submitted it to CEE EMM SERVICES(authorized service centre) shop no. 8,9,10, G.floor, Raj place, hukum singh market Atta, sector-27, Noida-201301 they are giving me lame excuses. it has been 15 days. now what should i do.is there any way i can sue samsung company

i bought a new panasonic tv from panasonic showroom which is great india place.they supplied us a tv which was damaged. now they are niether refunding money nor replacing tv..it passed alredy 15 days.is any instution or any person who has any suggestion.what hould I do.
