We had bought a Nokia N72 handset on 14 May08. I used it only for 3 months and it started giving problems. I even sent a mail to "reliance" < service assurancecell@ relianeinfo.com with copy to Rcomnodalofficer@relianceada.com on 15.11.08 clarifying my position and asking for an apology from them to inconvenience a Senior Citizen. No reply has been received from them till today.
Later in the month of September one fine morning I got a call from police that a case has been filed against me under case file no. NSW 1246 and I should contact advocate Mr. S. K. Chaudhury at his phone 9250391432. On contacting Mr. Chaudhury was kind enough to advice me that I should immediately rush to the Web World and get them call him to clarify the matter, otherwise a warrant would be served to me by the afternoon.
I did the same and Mr. Chaudhury told me that the matter was cleared.
However on 31.10.08 I got another call from the court that a summon is being issued to me on behalf of Reliance Communication in the above matter (no. MSW 1029/ZB) and I should get it clarified from advocate Ms. Sweta Chauhan at phone 9250391432 (the samephone num

Hi,

In our country, female's sexual safety is a big issue. At least modesty charges are framed on person if he tries to touch her without her permission. While male doctors/male nurses are allowed to see and touch fully naked females. Female always goes to parlour or for any other service where female attendents are there. Then can't they be given choice for medical treatments.

Two month back, my wife underwent a surgery. She has to go with gown, which is usually very open. Even then that is also removed when they start operating her. Now can you imagine 6 males were present in the OT. Initially there were 6 males only, then after 25 minutes a lady surgeon came in OT, she went away in another 25 min. After another 20 min my wife came out.
After that when she was in private room, lady doctor come with junior male doctors and asks me to move out so that they both can examine her.
I have been facing truma since operation. From that time I am not able to take complete sleep and also I am facing other health issues.

In this regard i have following queries:-

How valid are these rule? One side we take care of females in all places and on other side, they have to be naked in front of male doctors and OT attendants. Even when we all know we have give our consis as we don't have any other option available to us.
Please let me know if there is any clause, which can help a husband to be with his wife while examination of wife and/or during surgery.
As u know patient is worried and do not have much conscious when she goes in OT to ask for female nurse if she is not there. So is there any law which can help relatives to confirm who all are in OT?
Can patient insist to have female attendants in OT?

And at the same time i would like to suggest all consumers that beware of Home Town and Mayajaal OF KB's Reatail. Also this exchange of furniture is all Dhakosla as in one of my known case they are not collecting the old furniture which they bought against the purchase we made. The funiture they are selling is already overpriced and then discounted. At Jail road in Delhi same furniture is available much cheaper.

I called IDEA customer care but they said that this request has come from your mobile. Actually what happens, everyday they keep on calling at my mobile from unknown numbers and when I pickup the phone their system automatically starts some song and enroll for the feature service. I think they do this nonsense to earn money by wrong way and by forcely too. They should ask for the confirmation before enroll for any feature service. Whirlpool Freeze Service Not Provided

Dear Sir, I have purchased Whirlpool Freze in September 2006 and got warrenty of 5 years on Compressor. My compressor is not working and i made complaint on 11th May 2008 to resolve it in whirlpool Call center. My Request no. is -GB058003851. I got promise that engineer will come on same day till 6 PM. sir, i have faced a serious fraud case with me in which somebody has bought a policy of max new york life insurance company with the policy number of 456492727. all the documents put up for buying the policy are mine but the photagraphs, age,and signatures are of somebody else. further an amount of 20000 INR has be withdrawn from my credit card account. I have discussed and mailed all the matter with the officials of max new york life insurance company, but the haven't replied yet. therefore i request you kindly to help me out for the same.

Subject: money lying deducted unnessecarily lying in lean ac

Dear sir, This is with reference towards the deduction of payment of credit card for the card which i have not used and not even the card is delivered to me.As i work as an Bussiness partner with Icici Pru life Noda Branch,but it is strange to know that the money unnessecarily gets deducted without using the card.as i am in service industry work with the same company but feel dissappointed when such false charges gets deducted from my account,how can serve this company anymore when i am paying for something which i have not use.Kindly get this clarified at the earliest as i am putting the case with consumer forum for the same.The credit card no for which the payment has deducted from my account is 377040110380152.on visiting the branch sector-18,sector-50 they diverted me to visit Rohini branch.why would waste my time on such activities which is not related to me.I hope the best and earliest solution towards my problem raised. BAD SERVICES provided by DISCOUNT PREMIUM CLUB

I had purchased coupons from DISCOUNT PREMIUM CLUB for Rs 5,000/-.Now when I'm trying to use those coupons I can't use them as half of the places they have tie up with they are just not ready to accept the coupons for the free services which were promised to us at the time of selling the membership or some places say that they don't have tie up with DISCOUNT PREMIUM CLUB ANYMORE.I keep calling them up continously and no one answers and I have to leave a message on their answering machine and I get a call the next day.It's never happened that the day I call I would get some kind of resolution the same day.I have told them so many times to book a appointment for the voucher but that never happens.The worst part is that we have to call DISCOUNT PREMIUM CLUB to make a appointment for a certain service.The kind of money I've spent on making calls to them and listening to the answering machine I don't think the vouchers are worth the discounts they offer.At the end of the day I get a reply saying that it cannot be done today or they could not get through to the concerned person,and this has been going on for the last 1 month.When you ask them why it can't be done today they just reply that it just cannot be done.I fail to understand what kind of a reply is it especially when I have PAID for the vouchers.The people who answer the calls are so RUDE and always in a hurry to HANG UP.If you double check the booking they tell you THAT HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO CONFIRM THE SAME.For example if I want to use a salon coupon I get to know for which service I can use when I land up at the salon.They have tie-ups for individual service at individual places.If I want to use the salon coupon for a haircut I have to go to a different place, for a shave to different salon and so on. It's the worst services I've ever taken.At the time of selling the membership they totally misinformed me. complaint discount premium club services

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had received a call on 4th November 2007, from a lady named KOMAL at Discount Premium Club, here in India, i was given the full assurance that the company is being backed by a UK based company, for which I had visited the website and was satisfied by the credentials of the company, I was not much interested in purchasing the package as per the details given by the lady on the phone and also as per the email (copy attached) after much of discussions she enquired from her senior and offered me a discount of Rs 490/- and she told me that instead of Rs 5490 /- I can get the pack on a net price of Rs 5000 /-, I gave her one offer that I don't need any kind of discount and I can pay the full amount but only on the pretext that if I get 1 welcome kit complementary along with the kit for which I am paying the money, after much of discussions with her senior counterpart, she agreed to send me 2 kits one paid and the other complementary, Now the gentleman named HEMANT ARORA , tel no 9312382172 , came to my house and issued me 2 forms with no 301168 and 301169 dated 4-11-2007 duly filled and duly signed and duly specified that one of the kits is being offered wide my cheque of Rs 5490 /- and other is complementary. Now to my utter surprise I have received 1 welcome kit and the other promised kit is still not received by me as per the promise and written duly signed and filled form and on enquiring from the company the reply given to me is that it was not promised to me , and they are not in a position to offer me complementary kit, Now my submission is that I had taken the offer only on this pretext that I'll be getting 2 kits for which I have it in writing as a proof , form no 301168 and form no 301169 duly signed and specified as 1 kit complementary along with one paid kit, now this is noting more than cheating, forging and is surely punishable act. This is another example of committing a big mistake of talking and believing a telemarketing person, at the end of the day you feel cheated and duped, I had written the whole of the matter to the seniors of discount club , and what mail i had received is that their staff says that this offer was given to me only on the pretext that i would be giving 5 confirmed sale of the kit,no doubt that this was offered to me for which i had straight way refused that this is not my profile and only after confirming and receiving the 2nd form in writing i had paid the cheque , THIS IS A CASE OF FRAUD , NO BODY LISTENS TO YOU , DONOT GO BY THE WORDS OF THE COMPANY , SUCH COMPANIES SHOULD BE HANGED IN THE CONSUMER COURT, ANY LAWYER LISTNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!

regarding AN AMBRO CREDIT CARD

hi abn ambro gave me a credit card which i never received the and its been more that 5-6 months and i am getting the statements i called the call center the hung up the phone and i have informed many times to the bank that i havent recived the card they keep on calling me and keep asking for money i have informed them many times but still they keep calling me ,please advice what should i do.
