i had bought a health policy of Reliance general insurance, the agent had given us false commitment regarding the cash reimbursement policy for domiciliary hospitalization case.
He told us that we will get the treatment for all the disease covered for cashless in all the hospital which are in panel and in any case we get the treatment outside these hospital in that case it will be reimbursed.
the total case is in under stated mail which i wrote to reliance general insurance customer care for the withdrawl of full amount as i didn't received any committed benefit from the Agent. And also i want to take some lawfull action against agent as i got a mental and physical harrasment (Follow up of the claims) due to his act since last 3-4 months, and a month harrasment from Reliance customer care dept. ( as they were not updating me regarding my complaint instead they always said me politely that they had escalated my request further, will get a call withing 72 hr. think that the clock at RGI had stopped).

I think that you got all my point. now the only thing is that either RGI rembuirse my claim or return rembuirse the amount what i had given as premium for this policy.
