fraud regarding policy purchase

sir, i have faced a serious fraud case with me in which somebody has bought a policy of max new york life insurance company with the policy number of 456492727. all the documents put up for buying the policy are mine but the photagraphs, age,and signatures are of somebody else. further an amount of 20000 INR has be withdrawn from my credit card account. I have discussed and mailed all the matter with the officials of max new york life insurance company, but the haven't replied yet. therefore i request you kindly to help me out for the same. thanking you, vikram
