Dear Sir, I am Ashok Kumar Srivastava. I am holding a policy No. 253150335. I had purchased the policy from LIC E-3, Sector-I, Noida in the month of Feb 2004. After the completion of five years policy was matured and as per the terms of policy the LIC has send a cheque amount to Rs.20,000/- ( Rs. Twenty Thousand only ) at my old mailing address on 08.03.2008 but I have not received the cheque till date. In connection with the above I have written two registered letters and four e-mails to LIC but they are not taking the matter seriously. I would like to inform you that the LIC has neither reply my letters nor send the cheque Amount to Rs 20,000/- ( Rs. Twenty Thousand only ) till adte. I request you to kindly help me.
