Complaint : Dear Sir, My brother Ashutosh Srivastava, an engg student in Greater Noida, having with SBI a/c num 000-000-300-82583913, in NTPC Unchahar Branch Distt Raebareli 229404 UP and ATM card num 6220-1804-3440-0044-161 has attempted to withdraw Rs 3800/- on 1st of July 2008 at 15:33 from SBI ATM, Near kendriya Vihar-II, Sec 82, Noida 201304 UP. As there was no cash availble in the m/c so the transaction was declined but it was not reversed in the a/c. We have approached to the SBI Unchahar base branch and Sec 82 SBI ATM branch for the correction and submitted the application with "Receiveing". Bank officials have not taken any action till now for the correction, please let me know what should I do?
