Dear Sir, I am using IDEA connection for mobile phone. I never requested for feature service(Songs) in my Ring Tones but they have added ringtines and claimed Rs. 30/month. I called IDEA customer care but they said that this request has come from your mobile. Actually what happens, everyday they keep on calling at my mobile from unknown numbers and when I pickup the phone their system automatically starts some song and enroll for the feature service. I think they do this nonsense to earn money by wrong way and by forcely too. They should ask for the confirmation before enroll for any feature service. Now I am paying money for the service which I never asked for. I think same thing they will be doing with other people also and earning millions of Rupees. Kindly do the needful.
