Whirlpool Freeze Service Not Provided

Dear Sir, I have purchased Whirlpool Freze in September 2006 and got warrenty of 5 years on Compressor. My compressor is not working and i made complaint on 11th May 2008 to resolve it in whirlpool Call center. My Request no. is -GB058003851. I got promise that engineer will come on same day till 6 PM. I waited for him till 2 PM Next day i.e. 12th May 2008 but engineer has not come. I made call again and again i got promise that he will come till 8 PM but he did not come. After that i made 2-3 calls and ultimatly engineer come to my home to see the problem.He told me that compressor is dead and it has to be replace. I will come tommorow till 2-4 pm with compressor and replace it. But he again did not come. Since i face this problem, i made 10-12 calls to customer care. They have given time and again time . But till now it has not been resolved. I want to file a case in Consumer forum aginst them. Please Let me know if any body help me to file the case.
