My mother , a senior citizen is being harassed by SBI credit card, against an insurance policy which was cancelled very well in time of which we have an evidence of the statement reflecting the temporary reversal of the policy, and also after having spoken to hell no. of people in customer care deptt.
Please help as my mother is widow and she is really upset with the satement coming frequently from SBI
