Dear Sir, I am using IDEA connection for mobile phone. I never requested for feature service(Songs) in my Ring Tones but they have added ringtines and claimed Rs. 30/month. I called IDEA customer care but they said that this request has come from your mobile. Actually what happens, everyday they keep on calling at my mobile from unknown numbers and when I pickup the phone their system automatically starts some song and enroll for the feature service. I think they do this nonsense to earn money by wrong way and by forcely too. They should ask for the confirmation before enroll for any feature service. Now I am paying money for the service which I never asked for. I think same thing they will be doing with other people also and earning millions of Rupees. Kindly do the needful.

Sir, On 6th may I had registered a complaint against bajaj ltd. in consumer protection court in noida.But court Employees were not given any positive reply i had already paid essential money to him.sir please suggest me how can i collect information about my case.I am very depress and distrubed about this matter. Then i ask for reason they say , your credit card payment is due so i have authority to deduct the amount to your personal account. Whirlpool Freeze Service Not Provided

Dear Sir, I have purchased Whirlpool Freze in September 2006 and got warrenty of 5 years on Compressor. My compressor is not working and i made complaint on 11th May 2008 to resolve it in whirlpool Call center. My Request no. is -GB058003851. I got promise that engineer will come on same day till 6 PM. I waited for him till 2 PM Next day i.e. 12th May 2008 but engineer has not come. I made call again and again i got promise that he will come till 8 PM but he did not come. After that i made 2-3 calls and ultimatly engineer come to my home to see the problem.He told me that compressor is dead and it has to be replace. I will come tommorow till 2-4 pm with compressor and replace it. But he again did not come. Since i face this problem, i made 10-12 calls to customer care. They have given time and again time . But till now it has not been resolved. I want to file a case in Consumer forum aginst them. Please Let me know if any body help me to file the case. Problem in mobile(nokia-3110) from starting

Dear Sir/Madam,I have bought a mobile phone in month of November-2007 and after one month there were some problem regarding restart and reboot started in my mobile I went to Nokiacare,Noida they have submitted my mobile and told that there is some software problem after 2-3 days i got back my mobile it worked fine but after 2 months it had again the same problem and again was submitted for 3-4 days atfter that it also hangs and restart reboot on time to time . please give me a solution so that i can get relief from this problem.

fraud regarding policy purchase

sir, i have faced a serious fraud case with me in which somebody has bought a policy of max new york life insurance company with the policy number of 456492727. all the documents put up for buying the policy are mine but the photagraphs, age,and signatures are of somebody else. further an amount of 20000 INR has be withdrawn from my credit card account. I have discussed and mailed all the matter with the officials of max new york life insurance company, but the haven't replied yet. therefore i request you kindly to help me out for the same. thanking you, vikram
