I want to lodge a complaint against AirTel internet service provider at sector62 noida. A person named abhishek collected Rs500 from me in advance for the connection in the month of april..I asked him repeatedly about the possiblity of connection in that apartment, he assured me but after two days he denied the possiblity & said he will refund back.I felt cheated. I followed him up 10-15 times, he assured me but there is no result.this month I changed my residence ,then I got a call from airtel cutomer care about the reason for refund.it was irititating. then he gave a code 'N1703652' & ASKED me to visit airtel hub. I visited airtel hub sector18 noida, but the staff at the place didn't give proper response.This really frustrating to me. this is not the matter of Rs500, this is the matter of cheating & the valuable time I had wasted in all these problems. kindly do the needful.

I have given the phone of sony ericsson J121i in service centre (Sector 29 , Noida)on 3 may 2009 but i can't get the phone till now. Dear Sir,
I called an electrition(from singh electrical)at home to fix a new
pump in my cooler as the old pump was not working.so an electrition
came to my house and he fixed a new pump but the quality of the wire
and the tape that he used was very bad.Because of which the wire and
the tape did not last long and they were burnt just after the day the
new pump was fixed.So i called them up(singh electrical)and informed
them about the same but instead of helping me they said that they will
charge extra for the labour work,When i refused to pay extra because only
one inch of wire and tape were the only thing which were suppose to be changed and for that
they were asking me to pay another rs50 which i had paid earlier for the labour work
also it was there mistake that they did not use good quality of wire and tape in the
1st place ,the shopkeeper hung up and when i tried to call him back he
did not pick up my call.

I want to lodge a compliant against shopkeeper and service center which they are not providing any mobile service to me, as i was being told during purchasing.
Acutally I had purchased a handset rd3000 model (reliance, LG set) on dated 01 july 2008 from sanchar world shop in Atta Market, despite giving me bill with 1 year warenty. But on 10th of may my phone was out of order after that I went to the LG service center but service center refused to repair it, i am facing so many problems, there are so many important phone numbers which i have. I have visited many times to service center and shop but both they are deceiving me. My humble request you to plz take a suitable action against them.
