Myself Suman Bala. I took Life Insurance policy from Bharti Axa Life Insurance ( Policy Number : 500 - 2816931). I cancelled my policy on 20th Feb. According to policy documents, the policy amount should be refunded within 15 days. But it has been more than 1 month,still the policy amount has not been refunded. I have called Bhari Axa customer care 4 times. On 5th March, 13th March,20th March & 23rd March. Each & every time, customer care executive told me that with in 7 working days you will recevice the refund amount at my delivery address. They are not connecting my call neither to the finance department of
Bharti Axa nor to the higher management.

So, I want to file a case against Bhari Axa Life Insurance for not refunding my policy amount with in time. Please help me out.

My wife had applied for a PAN CARD through UTI and the same was sent to our residential address by DART MAIL Courier service/sector 2/D-64/Noida. the above consignment no. 39587528 was couriered to us on 03/10/2008 but till date we have not received the same. Since January, 09 I am trying from DART MAIL courier service to get the same but they are not able to locate out the consignment where it has gone or wrongly delivered somewhere. On asking the courier representataive (Shri Hussain-- tel no. 0120-3069300)on 23.01.09 I was told that they have applied for a DUPLICATE PAN CARD and shall be received within 15-20 days. One cheque with No: 279309 is cleared, but there is no entry of Cheque: 279303 in my A/c. Regarding this I am trying to call at branch, but some time they are not picking the phones. Some time they are picking the Phones but there is no response, after waiting 4-5 minutes, I am hearing background sounds, all are busy, but not responding. Once Phone was picked, and some body told me, she is transferring the call, but after transferring nobody was picking the phone. In working hours I tried 15-20 times, but lot of times nobody is picking the phone. I can't explain what type of poor service you are providing in Personal Banking Branch.

On 7th I mailed
Once my Phone was picked and I got a mobile no Mr. Sharma (09990725884). I contact to Mr. Sharma at the branch on his mobile No: 09990725884 twice on 6th March and 7th March. He gave his mobile to some Lady Executive, but she is not able to provide any satisfactory answer. On 6th March she was saying, she found out the Cheqe but due to some maintenance work, they are not able to update in Database and on 7th March she was saying just wait for Saturday (7th March) and Monday (9th March).

Just tell me one this, if your system is not working or there is some other problem from your side then why should I suffer. Next week there will be some holidays, if due to any reason on Monday (9th March) cheque will not go in clearing. Then it will take 3-4 more days. It means that a single Cheque(deposited on 2nd March) will take around 10 to 13 days for Clearing. This is the best
