I have purchased a sofa set from Krishna Furniture situated in sector 10, Noida.

1. They are not giving a bill for my purchases, though I have made the payment via credit card and they have charged me for sales tax. WHile purchasing they said they will send the bill with lorryman.. but still till I have not received it.

2. They have given me a defective piece.. The foam of sofa set is totally damaged.. when i talk to them they said they will send the karigar. but this process is going on and on from last 6 months and they never send him..

plz help where to file a complaint or how to get this done.
