I Have taken a loan Rs. 25000/-(Twenty five thousand only) at 24% rate of interest form Citi Financial on March 2007. At the time of loan sanction The Bank promissed that after nine month they will reduce the charges upto 18% and also the bank shall topup the loan amt. if require in future. I given the topup application for One lakh topup of my loan Amt. on sep 09. but they did not approve the same and till date didnot reduce the interest of Rate. they are charging 27.01% rate rather than 24%. From April onwords I have closed ECS from my bank. I have word with Bank's Executive for Ful and final but they are doing ringing my phone arround 10-15 time in a day and waisting my time. Till date I have paid Rs. 33584. to bank.

I hold a cashless mediclaim poicly with icici lombard.

last month on 25th march i had to get hospitalised in Max Balaji (patparganj) delhi for my cervical slip disc for 5 days and before going to the hospital we called icici lombard for confirmation of the hospital on cashless agreement and they said that icici has arrangement with max balaji for cashless admission.

Igot admitted in max and the hospital refused to accept the cashless card as they had some payment disputes with TTK who is the tpa for icici lombard so i decided to pay all in cash and get discharged.
After that i had send the entire list of documents required as per ttk with a claim of 42000/- rs to ttk on 4th april.
On 15th april i recieved a sms from ttk saying that there is a shortfall in the documents and that too they want the internal patient records from the hospital which no hospital provides with.
Now i dont understand what should i do about it.

I had purchased a shop NO:8 second floor ,NQI plaza Alpha 1 Greater Noida and took the possession of shop on 1.08.2006.

recently I applied for the loan in the State Bank of India against the same property but the bank objected that the possesion letter is issued by the M.I.Builders where as the sub-lease deed is by Mr Syed Mohd.Quadir ali Director M.I.Builders .

Thereafter,I had asked the builder to issue me the allotment letter and the possetion letter singed by Mr Quadir ali but inspite of my innumerable reminders personal visits,E-mails to them they have not responded either of them.

The builder is refusing to issue me any kind of furthur legal documents.According to him,sub lease deed is enough and said that they won't help me now,I shouldn'd ask anything else from them.

Regd Air India poor safety and quality of in-flight experience on flight from New Delhi to Hong Kong -
Recently travelled from New Delhi to HKG on board flight no AI 314 on 20th Mar 2009 had an experience I wish to inform and highlight as rather alarming - noticed and complained that the air conditioning on the flight was not up to mark with other co – passengers complaining about the same. However, the answer received was shocking – they said yes we know there is some problem and we are trying to work on it.

This is almost a cause of an Aircraft not being airworthy, matter of fact one of my flights from Cathay was turned back when they realized that there was a snag with the air- con (without passengers even noticing it)

I have a return ticket booked with Air India but now a bit concerned about this not to mention the rude and unfriendly behavior of the stewards on board – the foremost duty being safety of the overall flight which inspite of passengers noticing it was not worked upon.
