Application alongwith passbook and chequebook was submitted to Central Bank of India at Nayabans, Sector-2, Noida on 24.03.2007 for the transfer of savings account from NTPC-Dibiyapur, Auraiya. After repeated followup with Noida Branch, Dibiyapur branch and regional office at Shahdara Delhi the account was transfered on 14.07.2007 after three (03)months and twenty (20)days with illegal deductions of account closure service charges and bank draft charges.

The complaint was lodged with RBI ombdusman on 13.09.2007 to refund the illegal deduction and payment of interest @18% in place of @3.5% for the period of 3 months 20 days. But RBI has arranged to refund the illegal deduction of account closure and DD charges and the complaint was closed on 31.01.2008. In view of the above facts I must be paid the balance amount of interest for the period of 3 months and 20days @18% minimum and other expenditures also.
