Dear Sir, I am Ashok Kumar Srivastava. I am holding a policy No. 253150335. I had purchased the policy from LIC E-3, Sector-I, Noida in the month of Feb 2004. After the completion of five years policy was matured and as per the terms of policy the LIC has send a cheque amount to Rs.20,000/- ( Rs. Twenty Thousand only ) at my old mailing address on 08.03.2008 but I have not received the cheque till date. In connection with the above I have written two registered letters and four e-mails to LIC but they are not taking the matter seriously. I would like to inform you that the LIC has neither reply my letters nor send the cheque Amount to Rs 20,000/- ( Rs. Twenty Thousand only ) till adte. I request you to kindly help me. I purchased the LG 21" TV from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Noida on 6-Apr-08 but after some days the picture tube was giving problem and showing some blue patches. I also complained the LG customer care and they said that we will replace the Picture tube. They took my TV from my home on 20-June-08 and told me that we will give back to you on Monday 23-June-08 but still I have not get my TV back. Even I am calling to Customer care for the same but not getting any response. Please help me for the same.

The Great India Place Home Town Purchase Sofa and table Paid Advance and partly finance Finance to be okeyd there and then. I did all the formalities. And the finance was approved. Later after 2 days I rejected the finance as they were verifiying it beyond my limits of tolerance. From Future Money SANGEETA was there to take me as if i am a cultprit and she is the hon'ble judge. Aftermath is obvious that I asked to cancel the order and return my advance. Mr Vinay Customer care head refused to do so, stating that finance is not our part but nevertheless you take voucher against advance paid and purchase anything else. I'll oblige you to extend this offer for 45 days as against 15 days. I know I've to go there and set the things right but again am taking this as punishment for being there and shop. And at the same time i would like to suggest all consumers that beware of Home Town and Mayajaal OF KB's Reatail. Also this exchange of furniture is all Dhakosla as in one of my known case they are not collecting the old furniture which they bought against the purchase we made. The funiture they are selling is already overpriced and then discounted. At Jail road in Delhi same furniture is available much cheaper.

Woodland has cheated on us by giving a defective shoe whose sole broke within 3 months. After making a complaint on the help line(Mr Rajiv) they asked us to write a written request for repair that too free of cost. The Spice mall Woodland Retailer received the broken sole shoe and agreed to repair free of cost( Repair Slip No. 23) Registered on 14 May,2008 Till 10 June,2008 after so many correspondence with the woodland helpline, website , and lots of mails no answer has been answered. Please Help this issue
